automatically measure a wide variety of parameters such as voltage, torque, temperature, pressure, vibration, or liquid/gas flows typical in a wide variety of manufacturing assembly lines;

analyze and compare the resulting measurement to an acceptable process (referred to as “signature analysis”);

 predict, with a high degree of accuracy, based on the signature analysis, the quality of products being tested;

track a part moving along a manufacturing assembly line where multiple measurements take place, and store this unique set of test results in a data base to yield ultimate traceability of parts.
